Common questions
"Start resting" is greyed out. Still needs Screen Time permission to block apps. Tap the prompt on the setup screen and allow it. If you said no before, turn it back on in iOS Settings. Then pick at least one app, category, or website.
My apps are still blocked after I closed Still. That's on purpose. iOS holds the block, so closing Still doesn't lift it. To open them early, open Still and do the 2-minute breathing.
My 4-hour (or until tomorrow) lock is over, but my apps are still blocked. Open Still once. It lifts a timed lock the next time you open it after the time is up. No breathing needed.
I chose "Until I unlock" and there's no timer. Right. That lock never ends on its own. The way out is the 2-minute breathing.
Does Still see which apps I use? No. Apple's Screen Time picker gives Still a sealed token for each app. iOS can show an app's name and icon inside Still, but Still itself can't read them or your usage, and nothing is sent anywhere.
